  • Parking Lot 66 Impacted August 29

The start of the new academic year is upon us! Residence hall move-in is among the first significant activities that impact campus operations, including parking on campus. We must again this year look to our campus colleagues for their cooperation and support in making this process as smooth as possible for the nearly 13,000 students who will move in before September 1.

Our Move-In planning group, comprised of partner departments across campus, developed this Move-In plan with a specific goal of minimizing the impact of Move-In on campus operations. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in supporting our students and their families as they join the UMass Amherst community for the year ahead! Faculty and staff interested in getting involved with Move-In can sign up to volunteer to welcome students and families at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d4daea82ba4fa7-fall/
